HOW TO JOIN:
The contest is open to all and will run from Nov. 10, 2018 – Dec.20, 2018.
Photo/s should depict the theme #ChristmasAspireMoment. - An image/photo that shows a Christmas scene at Aspire Tower.
All photo/s must be original and taken within the premises/community of Nuvo District (including residential units, common areas or building façade). It may or may not have a person as subject.
Participants must post their entry on their FB accounts with the official hashtags – #ChristmasAspireMoment and #NuvoDistrictSnapAPhotoandWin
Make sure that your post is set to public and tag Nuvo District FB page
Participants must LIKE/Follow and Check-in on the official Facebook page of Nuvo District (https://www.facebook.com/officialnuvodistrictpage/ to qualify for the contest.
Maximum of 3 entries per person.
Deadline of entries is on Dec. 17, 2018 (11:59pm). Submitted entries will be posted on Nuvo District’s FB (Snap a Photo Gallery) from Dec.18 - Dec. 20, 2018 (11:59PM) to generate points for the highest no. of likes.
The winner will receive a Noche Buena Package worth P10,000
Participants will be notified via FB message/email.
Prizes not claimed thirty (30) days after announcement of winner shall be forfeited in favour of Nuvoland Phils. Inc.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The contest is open to 18yrs of age and above.
By joining the contest, those qualified and interested to join confirm, agree to and acknowledge the full mechanics of this contest and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same.
By submitting a photo you are hereby giving Nuvoland Phils. Inc. (NPI) the rights to the photo for their marketing collateral and other use as deemed suitable.
Photo must be original taken by the participants.
NPI is permitted to receive his/her registration data and that all personal information supplied by him/her will be used by NPI in accordance with its privacy policy.
Participants shall hold NPI of the contest free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or liabilities that may be brought by other persons, natural or judicial, in connection with his/her participation in this contest as well as the statements and declarations made by the participant in relation to the contest.
By participating in the contest, participants grant the right to NPI to post their names on the winners list on Nuvo District official Facebook, Instagram and website.
Non-compliance with these Rules and Regulations and any other act which NPI determine, at their sole discretion, jeopardizes the integrity of the contest will result in automatic disqualification from the contest.
NPI may, without further compensation to participant: (a) reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, make available and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information regarding this contest by any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether commercial or otherwise, in any country or territory in the world; and (b) authorize any of the above activities;
NPI shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and adaptations by third parties of any material or information regarding this contest.
Participant shall make no reproduction of any part of the website/s accessed by him or her pursuant to this contest for any purpose whatsoever nor shall participant modify or incorporate any part of said website/s in any other work, publication or website.
Any statement, comment or declaration posted or submitted to the Nuvo District Facebook page. Said statements, comments or declarations are those of the participants or members of said Facebook Fan Page and not of the organizers of the contest. The decision of the Organizers of the Contest to cancel, discontinue or suspend this Contest or disqualify a Participant on the basis of the foregoing is final and they will not engage in any dialogue with any person regarding such decision.
